The most successful people in the world may be well known for a variety of skills – and among them is the ability to make others bend to their will.
But according to one astrologer, that trickery and ambition can be influenced by the stars.
Nicolas Aujula, an astrologist and past life therapist from London, told FEMAIL that celebrities including Kylie Jenner, Leonardo DiCaprio and Holly Willoughby top the list.
This is because Leos, Scorpios, Aquarians and Taureans are the zodiac’s most manipulative signs.
According to the astrologist – who previously made headlines claiming to have predicted Covid-19, Trump’s election loss, and Kim Kardashian’s divorce – some placements are more predisposed to success than others, purely based on their influence, persuasiveness and pull in group settings.

And the fierce fire sign, Leo, lead the board.
‘Leos are born leaders that naturally take charge and exude confidence that makes people believe what they say,’ Nicolas explained.
‘They’re commanding, charismatic, attention-seeking and often speak like a polished politician, meaning people are easily influenced by them.’
Among the celebs born under the mighty Lion are the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, Kylie Jenner and Dua Lipa.
Elsewhere, Taureans’ ‘my way or the highway’ nature can also bring out manipulative characteristics.
‘Taurus are practical and stubborn,’ the astrology expert added.
‘As they are particularly astute when making financial decisions, they’re seen as aspirational to many, and so the people around them tend to follow their lead.’
Famous faces born under the sign include the late Queen Elizabeth II, Gigi Hadid, Cher and Gal Gadot.

However, it’s a fine line between charming your friends and family into following your lead and adopting controlling tendencies in order to get your own way – like Scorpio, who takes second place in the list.
‘Scorpio have a natural magnetism that draws people to them,’ Nicolas said.
‘Highly emotionally astute and able to read people, they’re capable of appealing to their peers’ vulnerabilities, and often play power games to get people to agree to their terms.’
King Charles III, Leonardo DiCaprio and Katy Perry are among the stars born under this intense, stinger-clad zodiac.

The cool and detached Aquarians are also ranked in the top five, with Nicolas claiming that some signs are particularly adept at influencing others in specific situations.
For example, he says the zodiac’s Water Bearer may know where the most fun underground clubs are, whereas Cancer makes the best restaurant choices and Libra is best at picking out fashion or beauty products.
Famous Aquarians include Ellen DeGeneres, Oprah Winfrey and Shakira.

But all is not lost for the signs that don’t have a natural proclivity towards influence, as Nicolas reveals you can learn to get your own way by ‘developing self-confidence that ensures people listen to what you say with interest, utilising clear and concise communication, and knowing your topic clearly so that your audience trusts you’.
‘The main benefits of being able to get people behind you is that you’re able to make swift decisions, inspire others, inspire change and focus more on outer success,’ he added.
Nicolas provided the insight as part of a Bonusetu.com study into the most influential and acclaimed star signs – which found that Taurus tend to be the most overlooked in pop culture, whilst Gemini receives the most critical acclaim.
