The outing came shortly after she went under the knife to reduce her E-cup chest as she believed her bust to be ‘saggy’.

Speaking to MailOnline before the operation, Imogen confessed to feeling ‘totally body conscious’.

The star unveiled the results in New! magazine in August, and confessed she chose to go under the knife after developing a dislike for her ‘saggy’ E-cup breast – causing her confidence to plummet.

She shared: ‘My boobs were so saggy before. I hated them so I’ll definitely be more confident now. I can’t wait to wear a backless dress and feel good.’

While still recovering from the surgery, carried out at London’s St John & Queen Elizabeth hospital, she admitted that her partner Adam – ‘couldn’t wait to get his hands’ on her new cleavage.

‘He’s seen them with the dressings on. I’m sure he can’t wait to get his hands on them but that won’t happen any time soon,’ she said. ‘No, I think he’s going to love them.’
