A Toronto McDonald’s was completely filled with bags waiting to be filled with orders as Canadians stayed in their home to stay safe from the coronavirus.
A video shared by Katie Hope showed the chain restaurant – located on Queen Street and Spadina Avenue – empty with actual customers but stacked with endless bags.
While it is unknown if there was food in any of the bags, all of the bags do appear to be open.
One employee can be seen in the video.

The video comes as another Toronto location closes its doors after an employee tested positive with the virus on April 6.
McDonald’s told the Daily Hive that the employee last worked a shift on April 2 at the at the intersection of Dupont and Dufferin Street. It has been closed ever since.
The spokesperson added that the location will be closed until thoroughly cleaned by a third party and once cleared by local health authorities.

Cook Bartolome Perez told City News Service: ‘We’ve been pleading for protective equipment for more than a month now, but McDonald’s is putting its profits ahead of our health. We don’t want to die for McDonald’s burgers and fries.’
Grocery workers – many in low-wage jobs – are manning the frontlines amid worldwide lockdowns, their work deemed essential to keep food and critical goods flowing.
They are insisting employers pay them more and provide masks, gloves, gowns and access to testing.
Last month, McDonald’s Corp announced that it would temporarily remove some items from its US menu as it focuses on simplifying operations in the face of the fast-spreading coronavirus outbreak.
McDonald’s will no longer sell breakfast all day or items including salads, grilled chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. They cited supply for the menu change.
