Amy Castano suffered a major wardrobe malfunction at the Gladiator II premiere at ICC in Sydney on Wednesday night.
The Sydney influencer, 32, attended the exclusive event in a hot pink strapless gown that featured a corseted bodice.
But it was her skirt’s perilously high split that left very little to the imagination and set tongues wagging.
During one awkward moment, Amy put her best forward to pose for awaiting photographers, and underestimated her stance, with her nether regions clearly visible
Despite the eye-popping display, Amy looked radiant at the event.
She completed her head-turning outfit with silver heels, a designer clutch and a statement necklace with silver bracelets
The action movie is directed by Ridley Scott and stars Irish actor Paul Mescal, 28, in the highly anticipated sequel to the 2000 Russell Crowe movie.

Other stars to attend the premiere included Connie Nielsen, Jono Castano and Laura Dundovic.
The movie will be released across Australia on Thursday, November 14.
Russell Crowe is not appearing in the film and in June he weighed in on the upcoming sequel to the blockbuster that made him a global superstar.
The 60-year-old won an Academy Award for his role in the original Gladiator, which first hit screens in 2000 and earned close to half a billion dollars at the box office.
The famously outspoken New Zealand-born fan favourite admitted he felt ‘uncomfortable’ about the new film, which he said he had ‘no say in’.
