Influencer couple Chloe Szepanoski and Mitch Orval are selling their two bedroom, two bathroom Gold Coast apartment, just two years after purchasing it for $910,000.

Chloe, 24, and Mitch posted a video to Instagram on Wednesday, spruiking the apartment to their fans and asking interested buyers to directly contact them.

The footage pans across the spacious apartment living room, bathroom and bedroom and shows off its jaw-dropping beachside view.

‘Building has amazing amenities. Pool, sauna, spa and a 50m walk to the beach,’ they wrote next to the footage.

The stunning property features gorgeous contemporary architecture, including an open plan design, a master suite and basement carparking. 

The home is perfect for both singles and families thanks to its combination of exquisite architecture, desirable location and jaw-dropping views.

This is the second property the influencer couple is parting with this year.

Located in the prestige suburb of Broadwaters on the Gold Coast, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hampton style pad was sold for $2.65million, at a loss of $900,000.

After originally buying it in February 2021 for $1.85million, the couple renovated the magnificent trophy home.

Highlights on the sprawling 1980s era two-storey home include a classic design that mixes Old World features with modern luxury stylings.

It comes after Mitch told Realestate.com.au the couple sold up to take advantage of the booming property market on the Gold Coast.

‘We’ve got our own personal lifestyle choices and have just decided to take advantage of the market and see what happens,’ he said of the decision to sell.

Mitch, who is the son of viral celebrity Mark ‘Angry Dad’ Orval, said he was first drawn to the home because of its ‘old American style’ and ‘character’.

Mitch and Chloe are popular social media influencers and have a combined Instagram following of 900,000.
