Inside $2,550 a night five-star Port Douglas resort where Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson stayed

Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Pete Davidson were reunited over the weekend after four long weeks apart on different continents. 

The reality star, 41, touched down in Cairns on Saturday to spend time with the comedian, 28, as he took a break from filming his new movie in Far North Queensland.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal that the American reality star quietly joined Pete at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas.

The one-bedroom Presidential Suite can run between AUD $1,400 (USD $948) and AUD $2550 (USD $1730).

With 152sqm (1636sqft) of living space, the suite features a large king sized bed, lagoon view and an outdoor balcony.

All suites include a separate lounge, dining area, powder room and a marble bathroom.

Expansive windows and a breezy private balcony open up to spectacular views.

The resort also features over two hectares of swimmable, saltwater lagoon pools complete with cabanas, a swim up bar and access to a private beach.

Kim was originally set to meet Davidson at the Silky Oaks Lodge in Mossman, but is said to have relocated to the Sheraton for extra privacy. 

Before checking in hotel employees were asked to sign NDAs with the production company working on Pete’s new film.

Resort employees were also instructed not to ask the Hollywood stars for selfies or autographs and not to post anything to their social media accounts.

On the rare trips Kim did make out of Port Douglas, Kim used decoy cars to avoid detection and would enter and leave through the hotel’s loading dock not accessible to resort guests.

Kim was chauffeured around in a very unglamorous 2020 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Wagon, valued at around AUD $42,990 (USD $29,650). 

The car, which features tinted windows, was parked nearby to Kim’s private villa and was splattered in mud and dirt.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal the US reality star’s elite security team were working around the clock to ensure that she went undetected after she touched down in her private jet.

Sources close Kim have revealed she ‘didn’t want anyone knowing she was in Australia’ and went to her best efforts to ensure that she wasn’t photographed. 

‘This is the one per cent of time that she doesn’t want to have to worry about getting glammed up and just wants to switch off,’ they said. 

‘She’s just here to spend time with Pete and has no plans on leaving the hotel. It’s a very low-key trip and she doesn’t want to be bothered,’ the source added.

‘Kim is happy to say “hi” to you if you bump into her, but she definitely doesn’t want to get her photograph taken on this trip.’

Kim was chauffeured around in a very unglamorous 2020 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Wagon, valued at around AUD $42,990 (USD $29,650).

Her security detail are even further downgraded, riding in 2020 Kia Carnival Wagons, valued at AUD $47,480 (USD $32,718)
