The late Texan found fame from playing Davy Crockett in several Disney productions during the 1950s. He was best known for wearing a distinctive racoon fur hat, which he donated to the National Museum of American History.

Now the star’s former home has hit the market. Located in the historic Indian Canyons neighborhood of Palm Springs, the property sits on a half-acre plot and boasts slick minimalist design complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and vast open-plan rooms.

Parker, who died at the age of 85 in 2010, used the 1974 abode as his primary residence and it is affectionately known as the Fess Parker Estate.

The property last changed hands in September 2017, with the current owner paying $765,000.

Following a major renovation, the luxury pad has been listed for a cool $1.975 million.
