On Tuesday, the contents of the 43-year-old’s man cave were packed and shifted up the road from the $1,980-a-week Cremorne bachelor pad he recently vacated.
A glitzy Vespa scooter, a fridge built for dispensing Victoria Bitter and several pieces of rare sporting memorabilia were spotted among the goods being transported, while Karl was nowhere to be seen.

A source told Daily Mail Australia that the new property came with a $7 million price tag, which is yet to be confirmed.

It’s understood Jasmine has been spending long stretches of time with Karl at the Cremorne house in the past few months.

After his split from Cassandra was revealed in September, Karl found a temporary home in billionaire mate James Packer’s Bondi Beach penthouse before moving into the bachelor pad.
