The Great Outdoors star, 51, took to Instagram to share happy snaps of her pre-nuptial celebration with her girlfriends.
Sophie looked half her age in a stunning white dress buttoned at the front and had her blonde locks coiffed in voluminous curls.
On her head, she wore a beautiful wreath of of white flowers as she posed with her friends.
During the festivities, the TV star swapped her wreath for a cheeky cowgirl hat with ‘bride’ emblazoned in jewels on the front.
The media personality thanked her friends in the caption for the ‘truly gorgeous day’.
‘I was totally spoiled, amazing friends, delicious food, stunning flowers, a special floral wreath… So lucky to have such kind, thoughtful friends,’ she said.

Sophie has never been one to hide her affections for Steve.
In a candid chat with New Idea earlier this year, she exclaimed: ‘Yes, I’m in love.’
Praising her soon-to-be-hubby, she added, ‘He’s probably one of the kindest men I’ve ever met, and I feel very lucky. It’s relaxed, and he’s amazing with my kids.
