Instagram goes wild over £255 Ganni polka-dot summer dress

Fashionistas have gone wild over a new £255 black and white polka-dot summer frock which could give last year’s Zara dress a run for its money. 

The £255 dress by Danish label Ganni reportedly proved a hit at Copenhagen Fashion week, and has become the latest trend to sweep Instagram accounts across the world.

The lightweight and water-resistant shell is dress is suspended from barely there shoulder straps, followed with subtle shirring, before flaring generously towards the midi hem. 

The versatile dress is made from recycled polyester and features side slip pockets, making the frock ideal for a light and relaxed summer look.

US-based contemporary clothing boutique Uniquities, shared a picture of Taylor, from North Carolina, spotted in the street wearing the new fashion-forward dress. 

The university student had styled her dress with a simple white t-shirt, black leather Chelsea boots and a pair of matching cat-eye sunglasses.

With a flattering sleeve length, ruffled hem and trendy playful polkadots, the versatile monochrome number was the ideal summer look, but this year it has some stuff competition.
