Fitness model Chontel Duncan has given birth to her second child, a baby boy she named Swayde Noel.
The 28-year-old Instagram sensation shared with her 600,000 followers she had delivered her new baby son via caesarean on Wednesday only days after finishing her final gruelling pre-partum workout.
‘Baby is very healthy and I am recovering from my cesarean really well. Jeremiah loves his baby brother Swayde, meeting him yesterday for the very first time before we shared his arrival to our friends & family,’ Chontel wrote.

Chontel, who also has an 18-month-old son with husband Sam Duncan, told her loyal fans her bouncing baby boy arrived at a healthy 3.8kg.
She shared photos of her and Sam embracing their new bundle of joy a day after giving birth, the Instagram star looking as glamorous as ever post-partum.
The Brisbane model and personal trainer continued to work out right until the birth of her second child.
At the end of last week, she published a video of her routine less than a week before she went into labour.

In the video, Chontel can be seen conducting a HIIT session with her trainer – which sees her work both her upper and lower body before giving birth.
The young mother kept her fans closely updated on her pregnancy journey and filmed herself completing squats, rowing, lifting and stretching.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Chontel said: ‘Everything I do is overseen and approved by my obstetrician; it’s minuscule compared to what my body is used to.’
This isn’t the first time the passionate fitness pro has continued to work out right up until birth, either.

‘At the very latest we have less then a week till the baby will be here,’ Chontel captioned the clip – which shows her lifting, pressing and even rowing on the rowing machine

When she had Jeremiah last year, Chontel also shared clips of herself working out up until around two weeks before delivering.
This time around, the PT’s fans have been quick to compliment her online, writing comments like: ‘This is next level – I was lucky to make it off the couch at 36 weeks pregnant’, and: ‘You’re such an inspiration girl’.
Another added: ‘I see zero fat increasing on you even though you insist it is. You’re major pregnancy goals’.
Meanwhile, Chontel has won plaudits for maintaining her gym-honed body while she is pregnant.
But she came under severe scrutiny during her last pregnancy for having rock hard abs well into her third trimester.
