A Hocus Pocus sequel is seemingly in the pipeline for next year, so now’s a good time to grab a broomstick for a trip down memory lane – to the filming locations of the original 1993 movie.

These fascinating pictures show some of the exact spots in Salem, Massachusetts, where the Disney movie was filmed, matched with scene stills from the cult flick, which tells the story of three witches who are accidentally resurrected on Halloween by a teenage boy.

The amazing images were snapped by Instagrammer Courtney Steers.

She visited the grand Ropes Mansion, which doubled as Allison’s house in the movie and the place where the three witches come back to life to haunt children.

Steers also snapped Phillips Elementary School, which is John Bailey High School in the movie, and the Old Town Hall from the memorable scene where the witches sing the classic song I Put A Spell On You.
