After beating Montreal last time out, Phil Neville will have been desperate to have eased the pressure on his shoulders even further with victory against Orlando City in the MLS.
However, Inter Miami were held to a 1-1 draw with Kieran Gibbs sparing Neville’s blushes on Thursday.
Orlando had taken the lead on the brink of half-time through Antonio Carlos with a bullet header to heap more misery on Inter Miami – who still sit rooted to the bottom of the MLS Eastern Conference.

Orlando were made to rue their wastefulness and gave the ball away cheaply in the second half, letting the visitors back into the game.
And former Arsenal left back Gibbs rescued a point for Inter Miami after netting just after the hour mark for his first ever goal in MLS.
Gibbs flicked a brilliant header past the Montreal keeper from Victor Ulloa in the 66th minute.

While they managed to walk away with a point, Inter Miami – co-owned by David Beckham – know their form must improve immediately as they look to steer their way out of trouble.
Neville’s side are still bottom of their MLS division with just 13 points from 15 matches, having lost six matches on the bounce before drawing to Philadelphia on July 26.
Neville, the former England Women’s manager, remains under immense pressure and will be praying results turn around straight away.
