Davina’s mother, Barb, hit out at the show on Monday, with New Idea reporting she’s refusing to watch it after the way her daughter is being portrayed.
‘It’s absolute trash and it makes us all angry to see how it’s all been played out,’ she was quoted as saying in the publication.
Admitting her daughter could be outspoken at times, Barb argued she is ‘by no means manipulative and spiteful.’
‘She built a career on empowering women and I’m disgusted with the way she has been portrayed,’ Barb also said.
