Announcing the news of their engagement while showing off her enormous diamond engagement ring, Georgia told her Instagram followers: ‘James just asked me to marry him.
‘It really was the best moment of my life so far. I never knew I could feel happiness like this. The easiest, quickest yes to being your wife.
‘Our love story is my favourite. How we managed to find each other out of billions of people out there will always be my greatest blessing.
‘I love you forever and the magical life we’re building.’
James – who is understood to be worth £262 million – proposed with and exquisite eight carat triple-diamond studded band estimated to be worth £200,000.
Georgia shared exclusively with MailOnline that her engagement ring was the ‘most stunning thing’ she had ever seen.
‘I mean, I think it is the most stunning thing I’ve ever seen. I can’t quite believe it. I’m still pinching myself that that is on my hand.

‘I had no idea how James was going to propose, but he said months ago, “What [ring] would you like if we were to get engaged?” And I was like, “Oh my God, I know exactly what I want!”
‘So he then said, “Why don’t we pick it together?” I know lots of people think there needs to be a surprise, but I think it’s a lot of pressure on a man to get something like that correct.’
She added: ‘He’s so clever. I’ve never met anyone like him, and I’ve met a lot of really successful people. I feel really fortunate to have him as my confidant.’
Just days before Christmas, the happy couple gathered at one of James’ BrewDog branches in Aberdeen with their friends and family to mark their upcoming nuptials.
The pair pulled out all the stops for party, capturing special moments with a 360 photo booth while also posing up a storm on a sleigh.
As well as the high moments, 2024 was also a difficult year for the couple, with James’ dad tragically passing away in August after battling pancreatic cancer.
In December, James asked his social media followers to vote on whether he should delay his wedding to Georgia for three years to ensure he does not miss out on tax relief, however he later clarified this was a joke.
He stepped down as Brewdog’s CEO last year and has raised more than £2.5 million of investment for his new venture, a social media platform called Social Tip.
He handed over the reins to chief operating officer James Arrow, but remains with the group as a non-executive director on the board and continue to advise the group on strategy.

Georgia was previously engaged to Nigel Farage’s former right-hand man – the millionaire aristocrat George Cottrell, dubbed Posh George.
He spent eight months in a US prison over a money-laundering scandal.
The pair broke it off, then briefly rekindled their spark in 2022 before going their separate ways for good.
James was previously married to Johanna Basford, a Scottish illustrator whose colouring book for adults, The Secret Garden, has sold more than ten million copies worldwide.
The former couple, who share two children, divorced in 2020.
