The harness strapped to her upper body suggested there may well be a surprising physical aspect to the new campaign, something the model later attested to in a social media post shared on Instagram Stories.
Adding an image of heavy bruising on her left arm, she wrote: ‘When u do your own stunts..Can’t wait for u to see what I’ve been filming (sic).’

The model previously revealed that her own journey of self love was quite the tumultuous affair, with her admitting numerous jibes about her body weight and being dropped from her agency because she was ‘too big’ led to her starving herself, as well as a serious case of body dysmorphia.
The British beauty also confessed that the ‘lack of nourishment’ she was giving her body – a result of a number of fad diets – led to ‘awful concentration and blurry eyesight.’
With her sizzling bikini-clad social media photos putting emphasis on her jaw-dropping curves, you would be forgiven in thinking that Iskra has always been one to champion self love.

‘It’s really detrimental to your mental and physical health doing any kind of extreme fad diet and abusing your body with exercise,’ she claimed of trying to fit to modelling industry standards after her 36 inch hips were deemed not ideal at 16.
Iskra went on to overhaul her health and fitness regime to harmful effects: ‘I started to control everything that I ate and became obsessed with calories and measuring myself’ she revealed before adding: ‘That led to body dysmorphia.’

Iskra, who is now mostly based Stateside due to her fledgling work load, revealed that she received the help she needed from her ‘wonderful parents’ – who helped her realise ‘all the time she wasted trying to fit into something that she wasn’t’ and ushered her into the world of plus-size modelling.
The career change completely changed her life and relationship with her body as she realised: ‘I wanted to look after myself because I deserved better, that really became the catalyst for change. I changed that narrative in my life – and it didn’t happen overnight.’
And Iskra’s self confidence is evident for all to see and on Tuesday she chose to flaunt her sensational hourglass physique as she stripped down to a tropical print bikini for a sexy Instagram snap.
The star flashed her ample cleavage as she posed in the exotic two-piece, though it’s just one of a flurry of swimwear snaps the beauty as has posted recently.

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar in January, she said: ‘I get comments like ‘fat pig’ and I just think ‘whatever’, but sometimes it’s good to make something positive from it.
‘I deal with it in two ways. I either just block and delete because I know that it’s not personal.
‘There are people out there that unfortunately, usually because they’re hurting, like to hurt other people – it’s for attention or whatever. Other times I like to do something positive with it.’
