Bernadette Fahey has gone from a mere Pilates instructor to the ‘It girl’ of Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

But the Body By Berner founder, 35, proved it’s not all glitz and glam as she got her hands dirty and cleaned up outside her Pilates studio in Bondi on Friday.

Bernadette looked stylish in light blue pants and a crop jumper as she tidied up her studio after a class.

She was seen carrying a large garbage bag as she walked around the room.

The sighting comes after Bernadette hit back after a social media user referred to her sound healing sessions as ‘hocus pocus’.

‘Hocus pocus for people with too much spare time,’ they wrote about the sessions which aim to promote balance and well-being.

Bernadette shared the post before adding several laughing emojis.

She also posted a client’s positive review before writing: ‘I totally get sound healing and breath work can look odd.

‘But if I had a dollar for everyone who has done a @bodybyberner breath work or sound healing class that says they slept better or something similar to the below…’

Meanwhile, Bernadette recently tied the knot with Buildcorp COO Jordan Sukkar in a star-studded wedding.

The couple walked down the aisle at Scots College in the upmarket suburb of Bellevue Hill back in November.

The bride stunned in a sleeveless satin gown from Steven Khalil with layered skirting and delicate lace detailing at the bodice.

She wore a free-flowing 1920s-style veil with embroidered edges that sat just off her face and flowed down her shoulders.

The nuptials were quite the star-studded affair, with the likes of Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic and Anthony and Annika Bell stepping out for the glittering occasion.

Also in attendance were Madeline Hotlznagel and her billionaire partner Justin Hemmes, ‘nude’ artist Dina Broadhurst, and model Montana Cox.

Following the luxe wedding, the pair jetted off to Hamilton Island for the honeymoon.

After the Hamilton Island trip, the couple extended their honeymoon with a swanky European holiday.

The couple were soaking up the high life at lavish ski resorts in France and Italy on the trip that was estimated to cost $100,000.
