As President Trump made his ‘historic’ trip onto North Korean territory, Ivanka Trump had her own ‘surreal’ trip across the line of demarcation.

Traveling to Seoul along with her father, Ivanka was spotted at the DMZ around the president’s historic handshake and third meeting with the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

She was seen walking into one of the blue painted buildings that straddle the border, entering with husband Jared Kushner. Both are White House advisors to the president.

When she emerged, a reporter asked her how it was to visit North Korea. ‘Surreal,’ she replied. The border line runs inside the building.

President Trump was at the DMZ to with Kim, who hailed the president as ‘courageous.’ Trump called it a ‘historic’ meeting and announced the resumption of talks.

Jared and Ivanka were also in the room when Trump met with Kim, the New York Times reported.

Later, at Osan Air Base, Trump called his daughter up briefly to address the troops, not long after acknowledging Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

‘And you know who else I have? Has anyone ever heard of Ivanka? Come up Ivanka, come on. She’s going to steal the show,’ Trump said. He predicted his daughter ‘was going to steal the show.’
