Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner jet into New York on commercial flight

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner were spotted at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Wednesday after jetting off to New York City on a commercial flight.

The former White House senior advisers, who have been living in Miami for the past two years, were dressed casually for their return to their old stomping ground, where they still have an apartment.

Ivanka, 40, and Jared, 41, touched down on the same day The Washington Times published an interview with Kellyanne Conway in which she urged former President Donald Trump to drop his son-in-law if he runs for office in 2024.

Jared kept a low profile as he walked through the airport wearing a blue sweater, slim-fit gray pants, and gray New Balance sneakers.

He topped off his travel look with a baseball cap featuring an outline of a bear and a briefcase slung over his shoulder.

Ivanka was dressed even more casually in an orange hooded sweatshirt from the Kiteboarding Club — a kitesurfing company based in Germany — and cropped black leggings.

Her long blonde hair was messily pulled back in a loose braid, and she was sporting dark shades and worn-in white trainers.

Ivanka wore small gold hoop earrings and a gold band on her ring finger, as well as a red string bracelet. Jared had on the same red string bracelet on his left wrist along with his watch.

They haven’t spoken about the purpose of the bracelets, which they have been wearing for years, but they do bear a resemblance to the type of red string that Kabbalah practitioners don to ward off the ‘evil eye.’

Ivanka also carried two totes: a blue canvas with black leather straps and a large straw beach bag that had a wooden pole that looked almost like a coat rack sticking out of it.

The couple, who have three children — Arabella, 10, Joseph, 8, and Theodore, 6 — had their luggage and garment bags stacked on an airport cart that Jared briefly pushed before they exited the airport.

Ivanka and Jared have been living a quiet life in Miami since her father lost the 2020 presidential election — and Conway thinks it should stay that way.

In her interview with The Washington Times, she said Jared was trying to ‘wash his hands’ of responsibility for the 2020 election loss while earning billions through his ties to the ex-president.

‘There’s nobody who’s profited more handsomely from Donald Trump’s presidency than Jared Kushner,’ the former Trump senior counselor said.

Conway, who ran Trump’s successful 2016 campaign, mocked reports that Jared was ‘done’ with politics adding, ‘That’s a convenient way of saying, “Don’t hold me accountable for all the authority I gave myself.”‘

‘It’s become incredibly convenient for Jared to not be given responsibility for that 2020 debacle of a campaign, to not take responsibility for, frankly, not being there for his father-in-law now the way that he insisted on being there for five straight years until things didn’t really work out,’ she told the newspaper.

‘Jared should not work in the White House,’ she added.

Conway suggested Kushner had an inflated sense of self-worth.

She recalled how the media dubbed Jared Trump’s ‘de facto chief of staff’ and ‘de facto campaign manager,’ and is now writing a book: ‘It talks about all the great things he did as president — I mean, as senior adviser to President Trump,’ she said in a mocking tone.

After leaving the White House and moving to Miami, Jared didn’t get involved in the 2020 election challenges and instead formed a private equity firm that reportedly received a $2 billion investment from Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund.

‘If you believe the news reports … he’s gotten billions of dollars for his [investment] fund,’ Conway said.

At the same time, Kushner and other campaign advisers wasted Trump’s $1.4 billion campaign war chest, Conway said.

‘The people who are responsible for wasting the $1.4 billion and not getting the job done, we have not held them to account,’ she added.

Conway was encouraging of another Trump run, but she noted the ex-president needs to talk about his vision for the future, not make it a grievance campaign about the past.

‘All of that [Trump agenda] was so compelling, and people understood exactly why he was running and what they would get,’ she said. ‘A combination of vintage Trump with those amazing accomplishments in 2020, he can be unstoppable in 2024.’
