Jack Black put his eccentric style on display during a recent outing with his son Samuel, 17, in Los Angeles.
The versatile actor, 53, was spotted running errands in the Los Feliz neighborhood wearing a purple tie-dyed shirt with a multi-hued space kitty graphic.
The Super Mario Bros Movie star sported a bushy salt and pepper beard, a dark brimmed sunhat and shades.
He also wore shorts with a red, yellow and black flame pattern, blue tie-dyed socks and hiking boots.

Sammy was dressed casually in charcoal gray T-shirt.
He wore loose fitting brown corduroy pants, and black sneakers.
Jack shares Sammy and his brother, Thomas (Tommy), 14, with his wife, Tanya Haden, 51.
Sammy has appeared in a voice actor in Jack’s film Kung Fu Panda, but decided to follow in his father’s and mother’s footsteps musically.
Jack is the co-founder of the rock group Tenacious D.
Tanya is an accomplished musician and singer, and part of the group The Haden Triplets with her sisters Petra and Rachel.
Sammy is the lead singer and guitarist for the alternative rock group, Black. The teen formed the group with some friends in 2021. He is also an accomplished songwriter.

Jack recently returned from touring with his band, but has more dates scheduled on the Tenacious D and the Spicy Meatball Tour.
‘More D coming in Sept! On sale now!’ he wrote on Instagram next to a schedule of shows beginning September 6 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The short stint will include stops in Tennessee, Indiana, Arkansas and Texas before concluding September 15.
