Jack Draper has won 15 sets on the bounce to storm into the US Open semi-finals, but fans have still found a reason to hilariously poke fun at the British No1.
Draper, 22 was in sparkling form on Wednesday evening as he demolished Australia’s Alex de Minaur 6-3, 7-5, 6-2 to book a meeting in the last four with world No1 Jannik Sinner.
His previous four wins in New York also came in straight sets, and he is now just two matches away from securing his maiden grand slam triumph.
The rising star has dazzled with his rocket serve and powerful groundstrokes over the past 10 days, but something else has also caught the attention of viewers – his shirts.
Throughout his run, Draper has worn purple Nike shirts that appear to be several sizes too big for him. They have been flapping around during points with the Brit constantly needing to readjust them, and his unusual dress sense has certainly split opinion among fans.

Another viewer was simply astounded that Draper was playing so well with such a baggy shirt.

But others believe in the old adage “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”, and have even joked that his super-sized shirts could be the secret behind his success.
