The ex-girlfriend of controversial Married At First Sight groom Jack Dunkley has taken to social media to show the TV villain what he is missing.
Courtney Jade took to her Instagram stories on Wednesday to share a racy selfie with her followers.
The ex-girlfriend turned up the heat as she showed off her tattoos in a black singlet matched with a cap that she wore backwards.
Courtney also took to social media shortly after to share a video as she worked out at the gym.
She captioned the clip, ‘Time to stop feeling sorry for myself and LOVE myself.’

Daily Mail Australia recently revealed that plans were in works for Courtney Jade to appear on the new season of Married At First Sight.
According to a well placed source, another groom slid into Courtney’s Instagram messages in late October to try and convince her to show up to the show’s reunion.
‘Another groom was desperate to try and catch Jack off-guard and spent weeks trying to get the cast to convince Courtney to crash the dinner party,’ the insider revealed.
‘They loved the idea of throwing Jack off and wanted him to go down.’

‘Several cast members including Mike Felix also played a huge part in trying to get her to appear on the show but she wasn’t having any of it,’ they added.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in February, Courtney confirmed that she was approached by different people with offers, but wanted nothing to do with the show.
‘I do wish I did [crash the reunion] after finding out he’s downplayed our relationship and disrespected me,’ she said on Wednesday.
Courtney also took to social media shortly after to share a video as she worked out at the gym. She captioned the clip ‘Time to stop feeling sorry for myself and LOVE myself’
‘But I also want nothing to do with that show so I stayed out of out. That’s all I have to say.’
In August Courtney accused Jack of breaking up with her under the guise of a ‘work opportunity in America,’ only for her to discover he was starring on MAFS.
‘Breaks up with me right after I met his family and he told me he loves me. Tells me it’s for [a] ‘work opportunity in America’ only to find out he’s on MAFS in Sydney,’ Courtney wrote on The Wash’s Instagram pictures.
Things were serious between the duo, with Courtney even selling furniture as they planned to move in together.
