Jack Maynard looking for love on dating app Bumble

He caused shockwaves when he was withdrawn from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here due to historic homophobic and racist tweets last month.

Yet Jack Maynard is attempting to move on from his devastating scandal as Daily Star report he has been spotted with a verified profile on dating app Bumble – after sparking rumours he is pursuing romance with his victorious co-star Georgia Toffolo.

The 23-year-old YouTube star was kicked off the show when the news arose yet he seems keen to remain pals with his co-stars atop trying to find love elsewhere with the dating app which permits females to approach males first.

New beginnings? Jack Maynard is attempting to move on from his devastating scandal as Daily Star report he has been spotted with a verified profile on dating app Bumble – after sparking rumours he is pursuing romance with his victorious co-star Georgia Toffolo

Earlier this month, Jack revealed his regret over posting the ‘stupid’ remarks on social media, in his first interview since his axe from the ITV show.

Appearing on ITV’s Lorraine, the 23-year-old admitted it had ‘crossed his mind’ that the messages may come up, and warned others about what they post online – shortly before co-star Vanessa White confessed to missing him after his removal.

Having left the jungle he was hitting headlines due to his romance with Love Island star Danielle Sellers however he is now on the hunt for love elsewhere.

Appearing in his Bumble profile, he described himself as a YouTube star and entertainer while listing his secondary school and a link to his Instagram page.

In his various photos he pulls an array of smouldering pouts while also wearing a series of trendy ensembles including a denim jacket and sunglasses.

A representative for Jack declined to comment when approached for comment.

Reporting to the publication, the reader who spotted Jack said: ‘I thought he’d stay away from dating online after all the trouble he’s had.’

‘I’ve been speaking to all of them separately as well. Everyone’s in it even Stanley. Amir just has no idea who anyone is, Everything you say is just “Who’s this? Who said that?”‘

Last month Jack was axed from I’m A Celebrity, amid claims of inappropriate behaviour towards an underage girl when he was 16-years old.

Previous tweets written by Jack, which appeared to use racist and homophobic language, were also uncovered during his time in the jungle – and met with huge backlash from fans.

Jack’s agent made the decision to pull him out of the show after the remarks from five years ago resurfaced.

A spokesperson previously explained in a statement: ‘In the last few days Jack has been the subject of a succession of media stories which, given his position as a contestant on I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here – filmed in the Australian jungle, with no contact with the outside world, he has been unable to respond to.

‘Since it is only fair that everyone should be aware of any allegations made against them and should also have the right to defend themselves, it was agreed that it would be better to bring him out of the show.

‘Jack agrees with this decision which was made by his representatives and ITV and thanks everyone who has supported him in the show this far.’

Shocking moves: 'Growing up I was all over social, my entire life was on social media and through that it led to be my job. I've tweeted some bad things, some horrible things, some pretty disgusting things that I'm just ashamed of'

He went on to address the accusations in a video on his YouTube channel, titled ‘My Explanation’.

He said: ‘I’m sorry to anyone that I upset, anyone that I offended, anyone I made feel uncomfortable.

‘Growing up I was all over social, my entire life was on social media and through that it led to be my job. I’ve tweeted some bad things, some horrible things, some pretty disgusting things that I’m just ashamed of.

‘I never wanted to make anything like this, I feel like I’ve let you guys down so much, I was young, I was stupid, I was careless, I just wasn’t thinking.’
