Jack Vigden doesn’t look like this any more! The Voice star shocks with makeunder as he ditches glam style following mental health issues
Australia’s Got Talent winner Jack Vigden has shown off a very different side of himself with a new look.
The singer, 26, took to Instagram this week to debut a shocking new hairstyle alongside an important life announcement.
Vidgen, who became a sensation at the age of 14 on the talent show in 2011, had not shared anything on Instagram since August 11.
Jack first shared his old look featuring bleached and styled hair, heavy foundation and eye makeup, with perfectly manicured brows and nude lipstick.
Then the next photo showed off his new look, which was much more low-key with no makeup, casual sunglasses, and a buzzcut hairstyle.

In a caption to his post, the Australian singer said the new look came after a ‘mental health hiatus’ from social media that led up to the decision.
‘I’ve been reflecting a lot over these past 5 weeks about what’s important to me and am going through a bit of a life shift right now. I want to get back to my first love, which is singing,’ he said.
‘I’ll also still be sharing life on here, I have just needed some distance from socials to re-align with my values and who I am as a person.’
Jack now looks completely different and says that his makeunder was inspired by a ‘mental health hiatus’ he took over the last month
But Jack says that his posting style will not be changing too much.
‘There’s still going to be glam (I want to turn one of the bedrooms in my new house into a glam room!), but there”s also going to be not so glam (like me bald rn in the second pic lol).’
It comes as Vigden garnered some extreme reactions for his fashion choices earlier this year.
At the opening for Beauty and the Beast in June, Jack turned heads at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney when he stepped out in a sensual Camilla gown.

The influencer shared some of those comments to his Stories, revealing one hater wrote: ‘I really don’t get it!’ before another chimed in.
He responded to his critics in his caption, saying: ‘Good news dolls, no one gives a f**k.’
Jack followed up the hateful message by sharing a saucy ‘cute message’ he received in his DMs.
‘This dress. I wanna bend you over in it,’ his fan said.
Jack has recently turned heads for his interest in women’s fashion
It comes after the influencer recently defended his decision to dress in women’s clothing, sharing some choice words with his haters.
He appeared on The Morning Show in April and said he wanted to use his fame to bring representation to young gay people.
‘I don’t care about the people who don’t ‘get’ what I do. Growing up I didn’t see people that look like I do now,’ he said.
‘I’ve had a lot of opinions and hate about how I look and I am used to it and I really don’t give a [trails off].’
