And radio show host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson shared Jarrod Woodgate’s heartache on Friday morning, as she broke into tears on air.
The 42-year-old broke down during the Kyle and Jackie O Show after speaking with The Bachelorette runner-up.

‘I actually genuinely feel bad for him — he’s so heartbroken, it’s awful to watch,’ she told co-host Kyle Sandilands while wiping tears away from her eyes.
She added: ‘I probably would have chosen him in the end.’
The 32-year-old vineyard manager was reduced to tears on Thursday night’s finale after Sophie ran off with pub baron Stu Laundy.
And Jarrod admitted to still being heartbroken and having feelings for the singer-actress, despite the episode being filmed two months ago.
‘I don’t know what to do. I haven’t been in this situation in a long time … I’m still hung up on Sophie, I was 110 per cent confident that we were going to be walking off together,’ Jarrod told the show’s hosts.

‘If she wanted to try again, I’d definitely give it a go, because it’s still fresh for both of us.
‘If things didn’t work out for [Stu and Sophie] — and I really hope they do work out — I’d be there for Sophie … if the conversation went that way. But at the moment, I’m just wishing them all the best.’
Jackie O was not the only one sympathising with the lonely heart on Friday, as fans across the nation ‘put their plants out’ for Jarrod.
Fans flocked to social media to share a tribute to the quirky runner-up, urging fans to place their pot plants outside in honour of the fallen contestant – a tribute to this season’s infamous pot plant urination prank.

Earlier this season, Jarrod made headlines after he attempted to win Sophie’s heart by gifting her with a pot plant.
While Sophie’s seeds sprouted in no time, Jarrod’s had no such luck – leading him to question whether Blake and Ryan had urinated on his plant as a form of sabotage in the competition.

While his plant did eventually grow, it was not enough to save Jarrod from elimination at the last hurdle.
Jarrod couldn’t help but admit he enjoyed seeing pot plant tributes emerge following the finale, when speaking to Kyle and Jackie O.
‘I’ve seen a couple of pot plants between the hotel and Studio 10 so I’m actually liking a few of them so I might have to take a few of them home,’ he said.
