Jackie O Henderson has opened up about the difficulties of dating after recently signing a huge multimillion-dollar deal.
The radio queen, 49, was discussing her love life with Kyle Sandilands on Tuesday’s The Kyle & Jackie O Show, when she revealed the advice her father gave her.
‘My dad said to me last night, I was on the phone to him and he said “darling, you’ll never find anyone now that doesn’t want you for your money,” Jackie said as her co-host Kyle, 53, burst into laughter.
‘I said to him, “What about me? Just me, Dad? Aren’t I enough for someone?”‘
Kyle then asked what Jackie’s father said in response to her question.
‘He said, no, I wasn’t. He said men in their 40s don’t care about finding longterm relationships anymore.’
Elsewhere on Tuesday’s show, Jackie also told how Kyle and his friends made fun of her for investing in property early in her career.
Jackie said that Kyle told her at the time she was ‘stupid to invest in property’ and she was ‘an idiot.’

But Kyle had a quick response to Jackie’s complaint, referencing her divorce to Lee Henderson.
‘And it turned out with that investment that you ended up losing it to the husband.’
According to a report from last year, Jackie O had a net worth of over $50million which continues to grow.
It comes as Jackie earlier this year submitted plans for a new $5.058 million home on her oceanfront property in Clovelly, Sydney.
The four-bedroom home, designed by prominent architect Madeleine Blanchfield, features an elegant paradise aesthetic with a flat roof in Colorbond shale grey.

The breakfast radio star plans to build a three-storey house on the site.
The renovation includes a central courtyard, a pool, a rainwater tank, and double garaging.
‘It’s like you are in Italy on the Amalfi Coast,’ she recently said on her breakfast program, surprising her co-host Kyle with her vision for the property.
Her landscaping, designed by Dangar Barin Smith, will feature a blend of native and Mediterranean plants, and a ‘root barrier’ will be installed to protect nearby structures and services.
Jackie hinted she was renovating the site in January when she shared a sneak peek on Instagram into her final planning meeting with her architect.
