Jackie O Henderson has revealed her secret health scare while discussing the bizarre method police use against celebrity traffic offenders.
The 49-year-old radio star revealed on Wednesday’s edition of The Kyle & Jackie O Show, she recently had ‘something cut out of her chest’.
Jackie made the revelation after a listener asked her why she was wearing her seat belt under her arm rather than across the shoulder in a recent video shared to the radio station’s Instagram page.
The host explained she was aware it wasn’t the correct way to wear the belt but had recently had ‘something cut out of her chest’ and the material was rubbing on her skin.
‘I had to have something taken out on my chest and I had stitches and the belt was running against it. It was really sore,’ she explained.
The listener warned Jackie about wearing her belt incorrectly as traffic cameras can detect whether drivers are wearing seatbelts.
Jackie then shared her experience of being told she could get fined for not wearing a seatbelt on television.
‘I remember when I was filming for Undercover Angels (this was a show I did years ago where I had to drive around in a sports car),’ Jackie began.

‘If you’re not wearing your seatbelt, even on TV, they can book you.’
In New South Wales, where Jackie is based, police have the power to fine people for driving without a seatbelt if there is sufficient evidence.
A video recording, whether taken from a surveillance camera or for a TV show, is considered sufficient evidence.
There are also similar laws in the other states and territories of Australia.

It comes after Jackie also revealed why she got lost on her way to the KIIS FM studios on Wednesday’s show.
The radio host was questioned by producer Pedro Vitola about why she ‘cut it fine’ after she arrived just minutes before she was due to go on air at 6am.
He also questioned whether Jackie had slept at a stranger’s house after she claimed she got lost on the way to the studio.
‘Lucky you’re even here. I got some weird text from you this morning [telling me you got lost],’ Pedro said.
‘We have a theory, you stayed at a bloke’s house. There is no way you get lost going on the same road every day.’

Jackie then explained she had entered a one way road after visiting a service station and wasn’t familiar with the area.
‘I had to go to a service station and as you come out there is a tram and you can’t cross over to the side I need,’ she said.
‘So I had to go in the wrong direction away from work and then found a side street and got lost,’ claimed the radio queen.
