Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has revealed the one unexpected thing that ‘really excites’ her about her nighttime routine.
The radio host, 49, gave an insight into her bedtime antics while chatting to her co-host Kyle Sandilands on their KIIS FM show, The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
She told Kyle, 53, how she has started using a sleep app so she can look back at everything she does in her sleep.
‘I’ve been doing this sleep app where it records everything,’ she explained, leaving Kyle asking her what she needed to use it for.
Jackie revealed she gets ‘really excited’ revisiting her overnight activities on the app and analysing exactly what she got up to while sleeping.
‘I actually get really excited when I wake up in the morning because I look at the list of things – snoring, animals, other, sleep talking,’ she confessed.
Her latest remarks come days after Jackie admitted she was left ‘mortified’ when she realised she was having stereotypical ‘rich people conversations’ with her friends.
The Australian star, who has a net worth of over $50million, played a viral TikTok by an American creator live on her KIIS FM show, about the differences in conversations between the social classes.

‘I have a lot of wealthy friends and a lot of broke friends and the biggest noticeable social difference is the topics they talk about at dinner,’ the TikTok user said.
Jackie then shared that her ‘broke friends’ talk about reality television, pop culture, and politics, while her ‘wealthy friends’ talk about their goals, self development and spirituality.
After listening to the video, Jackie exclaimed: ‘I didn’t realise that was a rich person’s thing, spirituality?’
‘Well, you wouldn’t,’ Kyle replied, adding: ‘Who’s got the time for that?’
‘Normal people don’t have time to wonder if the alignment of the planets might be affecting the way they feel today,’ he said.
‘I thought everyone’s talking about this stuff!’ Jackie said. ‘We are always asking big questions about the universe in my group of friends.’

She then challenged Kyle and asked what he speaks about with his friends, to which he replied: ‘Trump and TV. I’m a rich guy living a broke guy’s socio-economic group and I prefer it that way.’
Kyle then told Jackie to ‘keep [her] goals to herself’ and ‘don’t go showing off to your friends’.
‘We’re not showing off!’ Jackie said defensively. ‘We’re trying to better ourselves as humans.’
Kyle then hilariously quipped that she has made herself ‘worse’ and asked her what else she wants in life.
The radio personality, who up until recently had a small social circle, has become a fully-fledged socialite in the last couple of years.
Her close bond with P.E Nation designer Pip Edwards has seen Jackie move in the same circles as top Sydney stylist Jess Pecoraro, make-up artist to the stars Max May, and Four Seasons condom heirs Michael and Alexander Porter.
After a luxury getaway to Greece with Gemma recently, Jackie attended the wedding of Alexander to his partner Chris Ledlin at Château de la Napoule in France.
