Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has made a shock admission about her sex life.
The radio host said she is having ‘the best sex of her life’ at 49, and her time between the sheets has gotten better with age.
The radio queen was having the frank discussion with her bestie Gemma O’Neill on the latest episode of their Her Best Life podcast when she made the surprising confession.
‘Relationships and intimacy in your 20s are not all it’s cracked up to be. You probably look your best but you don’t feel it. You are not as confident and secure as when you get older,’ Jackie began.
The veteran presenter added that as she got older she had a clearer idea out of what she wanted in the bedroom, which has made her sexual encounters so much more fulfilling.
‘I’m now 49 and I have never enjoyed sex and relationships more than now because I know what I want. I’ve never felt more comfortable, confident and sexy than I do at this age,’ she said.
‘When I was in my 20s and 30s all I care about was looking hot. I didn’t care about getting pleasure, just about what he thought of me.
‘It got to a point where I realised I felt sexy and now I know what my body wants. And men love that.’

Jackie has been single for six years following her split from her second husband Lee in 2018.
She has been married twice in the past with her first husband being DJ ‘Ugly’ Phil O’Neil in the late ’90s.
Jackie went on to marry UK photographer Lee in 2003 with the pair welcoming their daughter Catalina ‘Kitty’ Henderson in December 2010.
The couple announced their separation in October 2018, but continue to have an amicable relationship as they co-parent their teenage daughter.
The veteran presenter said that as she got older she had a clearer idea out of what she wanted in the bedroom, which has made her sexual encounters so much more fulfilling .
Last month, she surprised her podcast listeners by revealing she has a shock new addiction that she uses ‘eight times a day’.
Jackie revealed that she has an extensive collection of sex toys that she uses very frequently.
She also said she worries she has ‘desensitised herself to it’ after using her vibrator so much.
