Jackie ‘O’ Henderson whips up a ‘midweek roast’ in her $11 million Sydney mansion – and reveals her secret ingredient
Jackie O’ Henderson has put her impressive cooking skills on display.
The 46-year-old radio host made a home-cooked dinner for her 10-year-old daughter Kitty on Wednesday, and shared the process to Instagram.
‘Midweek roast for Kitty,’ the KIIS FM star captioned a picture of roast potatoes, before adding, ‘Must haves: crispy duck fat potatoes.’

‘Brussel sprouts and bacon,’ she labelled the next photo, which was a close-up of the cut-up vegetable and pork product mixed together.
Jackie then stirred a gravy boat and wrote, ‘Gravy with leftover caramelised juices from pan.’
The impressive home-cooked meal featured the chicken doused in gravy with the brussels sprouts, bacon and potatoes placed on the side.

The radio host recently revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she experienced anxiety when she separated from her husband Lee Henderson in 2018.
The mother-of-one currently shares custody of her daughter Kitty with Lee.

She explained to co-host Kyle Sandilands that her anxiety is caused these days by ‘situational things [I’m] not coping with.
‘For me, it was when I went through my divorce,’ she added.
Jackie and Lee amicably separated three years ago and later divorced after 15 years of marriage.
She stated on air in February they had reached a settlement.
