’30/365. No alcohol, best I’ve ever felt. Mentally feel great,’ Jackson captioned the image which sees him clad in a white singlet and grey pants.

‘Strongest I’ve ever been. I feel it’s going to be a good year for everyone,’ he added.

Jackson’s update comes after he noted 2022 was a tough year following his famous father’s death and regular gym sessions helped him stay focused.

Last year, Jackson vowed to continue the legacy of his late father Shane by winning big at poker games.

The Australian cricketer died at 52 from a heart attack last year on March 4 while on holiday in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Jackson reminisced in July about playing poker with his dad four years ago at the Vegas World Series of Poker championships, before revealing he will be competing at the 2022 tournament in Shane’s honour.

‘This trip four years ago,’ the SAS Australia star captioned a photo on Instagram of Shane wearing a hoodie and sunglasses during their trip to Vegas in 2018.

Jackson continued: ‘This [coming] trip was meant to be the first time playing at the WSOP main event with my best friend and dad.

‘Missing you so much and wish you were here playing with me. I’ll make you proud and get the [money emoji].’

He has previously praised his father for introducing him to the world of poker.

‘I’ve been playing poker since I was young and [Shane] taught me how to play because we’ve been on planes, you don’t have much room so you take a deck of cards and play,’ he told Daily Mail Australia in 2020.
