Hollywood veteran Jaclyn Smith knows how to keep the romance alive in her 25-year marriage, as she was seen buying a sweet card for husband Dr. Brad Allen ahead of their lunch date in Montecito.
Smith, who is best known as one of the original Charlie’s Angels, was spotted perusing the ‘romance’ card section of local hangout Pierre LaFond & Company for a last minute gift for her hubby.
‘I’m sure I’ll find something,’ she told a friend at the store. ‘Then I have to rush down there and meet him.’
After making her final selection, Smith took off in her black Mercedes to meet her husband on Coast Village Road.

The lovebirds met up at Renaud’s Patisserie & Bistro on Coast Village Road, where they chatted with both strangers and friends who entered the restaurant.
The couple – who wed in 1997 – share a stunning 3,000 square foot, four bedroom, five bath, beachfront home worth an estimated $10.7million in nearby Summerland, California, just a few miles south of Montecito.
‘We’ve had a house here about 12 years,’ her cardiac surgeon husband could be over heard telling someone, ‘and another one in Los Angeles.’
Before leaving, Jaclyn, 76, bought some lemon shortbread cookies to go. The pair laughed and chatted as he walked her back to her car.
Smith, a breast cancer survivor and mother of two, is proving that age is just a number, still turning heads during public outings.
