One lucky NFL fan hit the jackpot on Sunday after Jalen Hurts’ overturned touchdown for the Philadelphia Eagles completed their $15 parlay.

The bettor in question placed a four-leg first touchdown scorer wager on FanDuel Sportsbook and watched on as Jakobi Meyers (+1000), Amon-Ra St. Brown (+850) and Cooper Kupp (+650) left him needing just one more in the 4pm slate of games to land a whopping $68,186.25.

Hurts, the most likely of the scorers at +480, was the last player required and it seemed the Eagles quarterback came devastatingly close to winning the fan their bet when his touchdown as ruled down at the one-yard line.

However, upon further review Hurts was judged to have successfully plunged into the end zone, meaning the decision was overturned and ruled a touchdown.

That review saw the bettor complete a clean sweep of four first touchdown scorers and earn an astonishing $68,186.25 after wagering as little as $15 at 4,544-1 odds.

Unfortunately for Hurts, the day did not end on a similarly ecstatic note as the New York Jets went on to inflict the Eagles’ first defeat of the season.

He was also intercepted a career-high three times at MetLife Stadium, one of which allowed the Jets to score the game-winning touchdown.

‘I think I had an opportunity and I didn’t do my job on the play,’ Hurts said after the loss.

‘I don’t think I made the correct read on it, but it happens. It’s an opportunity for us to learn from it and grow.’

Meyers got the fan’s four-leg parlay off to a great start with a revenge touchdown for the Las Vegas Raiders against the New England Patriots, who recently let him go in favor of JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Los Angeles Rams star Cupp scored in a win over the Arizona Cardinals, while Detroit Lions wideout St. Brown did so in a victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
