He was seen picking up some ice cream treats amid the severe heatwave with Breznahan, who was wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts and white sneakers.

Franco has kept a low profile over the past few months after it was revealed he settled a sexual misconduct lawsuit from two former students from his acting school.

His longtime collaborator Seth Rogen revealed in May that he has no plans to work with Franco in the future and that he regrets jokes he made about accusations against Franco in the past.

The admission by Rogen seemed to surprise their Freaks and Geeks co-star Busy Phillips, who previously revealed Franco violently shoved her to the ground on the set of Freaks and Geeks, and how the producers forced him to apologize to her.

”I have to say, I mean, it’s interesting. They were super close, and they had a very tight relationship. And so I don’t have any information,’ Philipps revealed on The Daily Beast’s The Last Laugh podcast

‘I haven’t spent my days doing deep dives into what it all was. I didn’t work with James past age 20, so I can only speak to the horrible behavior I experienced,’ she said.
