A Hillsborough survivor was able to see the Champions League trophy thanks to James Milner.
The midfielder asked Liverpool’s bus to stop outside the supporter’s house following the parade held to celebrate their win over Tottenham.
Around 750,000 people turned out to celebrate the Reds’ sixth European Cup and the bus was heading back to the club’s Melwood base when Milner ordered it to stop.

Devine, now 53 has been confined to a wheelchair since sustaining serious injuries while attending the FA Cup semi-final at Hillsborough in 1989, a day which saw 96 Liverpool fans lose their lives.
The lifelong fan suffered a crushed chest and was deprived of oxygen, beating the odds to survive, and now lives with his parents.
The Anfield side beat Tottenham 2-0 thanks to goals from Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi to clinch a first European title since 2005.
Devine’s mother Hilary told the Liverpool Echo: ‘It was a very kind gesture and it made Andrew’s day.’
