Jamie Dornan gets into a tussle during violent street scene as he films season two of The Tourist in Dublin

Jamie Dornan got into a violent tussle as he filmed a tense scene for season two of The Tourist in Dublin on Wednesday.

The 50 Shades Of Grey star, 41, was spotted in the same outfit days before continuing to shoot for the thriller.

The actor looked bloody and bruised in his casual ensemble for the scenes, as special effects make-up was painted on his knuckles and the side of his face.

Jamie was spotted being pulled out of a car vigorously after getting in a fight in one of the scenes.

The first season of the Stan Original series – released last year – focused on Jamie’s character Elliot as he gets stuck in the outback after a car tries to run him off the road. He wakes up in hospital with no idea what happened.

The new season follows the action to Dublin, a year after Elliott left the outback, as he comes face to face with his past.

Meanwhile, Helen (Danielle Macdonald), an outback cop, travels to Ireland with Dornan’s troubled character, only to be dragged into the mystery of his past life.

Conor MacNeill, Olwen Fouéré and Vikings actor, Diarmaid Murtagh, have also been cast in season two.

Jamie sported an orange sweatshirt and grey denim jeans during his filming.

He teamed the look with a khaki denim jacket and brown suede boots.

Filmed in South Australia and produced in association with the BBC and Germany’s ZDF, season one of The Tourist was a hit with both critics and viewers.

In June, the exciting series walked away with three awards at the Monte Carlo TV Festival.

It won Best Series and Best Creation at the prestigious international event in Monaco, and also took home the Public Prize.
