Jamie Foxx is on the mend and receiving warm wishes from his famous friends for his continued recovery.

The actor, 55, who spoke out in an emotional video about his illness, received warm wishes from none other than Hollywood legend Barbra Streisand. 

The Oscar winner, 81, posted a photo of herself and Jamie writing, ‘Dear Jamie, So great to see your face today and hear you speak.’

‘I’ve been sending you lots of love and light and will keep doing that forever.’

‘I love you, Barbra.’

Sending her support! Barbra Streisand was among the many celebrities showing her support for Jamie Foxx with kind messages on Instagram following his emotional video 

Jamie responded to the post writing, ‘God blessings,’ and linked the Yentl star’s post to his Instagram account. 

He and the Way We Were star collaborated on her 2016 album Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway, singing Climb Ev’ry Mountain from The Sound of Music. 

The support continued coming in the comments section of Foxx’s emotional video detailing his recovery, with the likes of Martin Lawrence posting uplifting messages. 

‘Many blessings to my brotha @iamjamiefoxx,’ the Bad Boys for Life star wrote. 

Fellow Bad Boy Will Smith ‘”Awww Man!! Who’s cuttin’ onions??,’ the actor joked before getting serious.

Jamie was treated for a medical complication in April, but has not revealed the nature of his illness. 

The Ray star was discharged from the hospital in May, but was not seen in public until earlier this month.
