Jana Pittman shows off her blossoming baby bump in her hospital scrubs as she returns to work in the ER
She’s the former SAS Australia star who is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her twin babies with husband her husband, Paul Gatward.
And on Saturday, pregnant Jana Pittman flaunted her blossoming baby bump as she returned to work in the ER.
The ex-Olympian-turned-doctor was all smiles as she noted her scrubs had shrunk after a two week holiday.

‘Oh dear … when you rush to work thinking your scrubs still fit after 2 weeks annual leave,’ she captioned an image on Instagram.
‘Reality check when you are carrying twins… you are rotund much earlier! Felt like I was in a tight jacket all day,’ she added.
The 39-year-old then finished up the post by joking: ‘Not to mention everyone got a good look at my belly button (no longer an innie). Need to dress more appropriately.’

In October, Jana revealed she’s expecting twins and said the pregnancy had ‘been a mix of amazing and rough as guts’.
At the time, Jana stood on the side and showed off her emerging baby bump in a mirror selfie, and shared a series of confronting close-up photos of the varicose veins on one of her legs.
Jana also revealed she has to wear a ‘pelvic girdle’, and said ‘the vulval/leg ache is next level’, but insisted it was all ‘worth it’.

She explained that she wanted ‘to share the realness of carrying twins at 39’, revealing the pregnancy had taken a toll on her body.
‘I am 18 weeks this week and, well, so far it’s been a mix of amazing and rough as guts,’ she continued.

She’s already a mother-of-four to sons Cornelis, 14, and Charlie, one, and daughters Emily, six, and Jemima, four.
Jana first announced her twin pregnancy in October in an exclusive interview with New Idea magazine.
‘I never thought I’d have six children. I don’t know how we are going to cope. How will we all fit into my car? I can see life is going to be a logistical nightmare,’ she told the publication.
