Jane Fonda has finally offloaded her Beverly Hills mansion after almost a year on the market.
The actress, 79, has sold her eco-friendly, four-bedroom property – complete with a gym and solar-heated swimming pool – for almost $10 million after slashing the home in price on two separate occasions.
It was listed at $13million in January, dropped to $11.5million in March, and further cut to $9.9million in August of this year.

The screen star and music producer Richard Perry listed the four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home that they’ve lived in for five years after they announcing that they had split.
The residence is located in the Trousdale Estates, a coveted neighborhood that has been home to Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Jennifer Aniston.
Fonda and Perry bought the gated estate for $7.3million in 2012 from TV director John Rich, the creative force behind shows like Gilligan’s Island and All in the Family, who had owned it for more than 44 years.
It was originally listed by The Valerie Fitzgerald Group and Beverly Hills South.

‘This was the place where we could live very happily.’
Fonda and Perry were together for eight years.
‘They are selling the house because they will live separately — they will still be friends,’ a source told Page Six at the time.
In April, Fonda bought a $5.45million four-bedroom townhome in Los Angeles.
