Jane Fonda’s mansion in Beverly Hills got its second price chop this year. It was listed at $13million in January, dropped to $11.5million in March, and is now down to $9.9million.
Fonda and music producer Richard Perry listed the four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home that they’ve lived in for five years after they announcing that they’ve split. The couple were together for eight years.
‘They are selling the house because they will live separately — they will still be friends,’ a source told Page Six.
In April, Fonda bought a $5.45million four-bedroom townhome in Los Angeles.
Fonda and Perry’s former residence is located in the Trousdale Estates, a coveted neighborhood that has been home to Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Jennifer Aniston.
