Serving as an unpaid advisor to her father in the White House hasn’t hurt Ivanka Trump’s bottom line – as she hauled in up to $135 million over a year, her latest disclosure reveals.
Of her money haul, disclosed in broad ranges, Ivanka took in $4 million from Trump’s luxury D.C. hotel, a deal that she helped put together.
The hotel, housed in a historic building leased by the Trump Organization and owned by the U.S. government, is the subject of an emoluments lawsuit arguing the president is benefitting from foreign powers who use it.

She also continues to earn big bucks from her jewelry, purse, and apparel branding business, despite announcing she is closing it down amid public criticism. She earned $1 million from this part of her portfolio in 2018, down from $5 million the year before.
In total, she banked between $29 million and $135 million, Bloomberg News reported, based on an analysis of the range of disclosures.
The document reveals $1 million to $5 million in annual income in the Ivanka Trump Business Trust.
It all brings Ivanka Trump’s net worth to between $188 million and $786 million, according to the analysis of the document entries.

Ivanka Trump earned nearly $4 million from the Trump luxury hotel in Washington, D.C.
She gets a $100,000 annual payment from T International Realty, $800,000 from TTT Consulting LLC, and a $600,000 guaranteed payment from TTTT Venture LLC for royalties and licensing deals.
She also discloses ownership of a licensing deal in India, Trump golf courses coming on the market in Indonesia, and a $264,000 advance on her book, ‘Women who Work.’

She got royalties of up to $1,000 in residuals for a past appearance on Saturday Night Live, a show her father fumes about online.
The form also lists a series of real estate holdings, some from husband Jared Kushner’s real estate empire.
The couple elected not to put their assets into a blind trust, so it is possible to view precisely which mutual funds and other investment vehicles they have put their millions worth of assets into, and calculate how they have performed under Trump’s father’s administration.
