And after a charming introduction, the fair-haired hunk grabbed Sandi’s hand as they made their way outside for a private one-on-one chat.
‘Do you think you love Sophie?’ Sandi asked the country boy.
Jarrod swiftly replied: ‘Uh, I definitely love your daughter. I was falling for her weeks ago, and after the home-town visit, it was… ..I’d fallen IN love with her.’
‘And all the feelings that I’ve had for your daughter has just built over and over again. She’s just such a wonderful person. She’s a beautiful girl.’
Sandi then asked: ‘Have you told her you love her?’
Jarrod explained: ‘I have told Sophie that I…I love her. I have… I told her, um, on the vineyard. At the home town.’
‘And, uh, I was really such a kid, just going into the moment.
He added: ‘Cause I haven’t been able to open up like this and Sophie has made it so much easier for me to just be me. I’ve put all my feelings on the line and…now I’m…vulnerable.’
