Footage has emerged of an ugly late-night road-side confrontation involving Jarryd Hayne, a former team-mate and a group of furious tradies.
Hayne, 34, was leaving Albion Hotel with former Parramatta Eels teammate Nathan Brown and their partners, Amellia Bonnici and Nadine Rahhal, at 2am on March 13 when the incident happened.
In the footage, a tattooed and shirtless Brown, 29, can be seen being pushed into a car by a woman, as a man in work gear shouts obscenities and is retrained while brandishing a metal pole.

Hayne is seen acting calmly in the video, attempting to cool the potentially combustible situation which is believed to have started when a tradie shouted provocatively at the former superstar
A shirtless Nathan Brown is seen being ushered into a vehicle by a woman in the video as the roadside confrontation heats up
The man abuses Brown, yelling obscenities at him.
Up to 10 people appear to be involved in the roadside incident, which shows pushing and shoving and shouting by from several people, although no fighting.
The footage appears to show multiple people trying to cool the highly combustible situation.
It is believed the incident was sparked when a road worker shouted provocative comments at Hayne.
Hayne is currently awaiting a third sexual assault trial after a previous conviction was overturned by the Supreme Court following a nine month stint behind bars.
In the clip, Hayne appears calm, apparently asking some of the upset road workers ‘what’s up?’

After Brown gets into a vehicle, it is driven away.
Brown, Hayne and their partners are understood to have dined at the Albion Hotel at Parramatta on March 12 and stayed on at the venue.
‘Jarryd got hassled by a road worker and Nathan stood up for his friend,’ an Eels source said.
The source also confirmed there was no physical violence – although the clip appears to show an extremely volatile situation that could easily have boiled over.
