A report from Page Six published on Thursday quoted sources who said that 20th Television began a probe into Davis amid allegations that the COVID-19 vaccination card she submitted to the show was phony.

‘Jasmine asked for a vaccination exemption when she submitted a vaccination card for the prior season,’ a source told the outlet. ‘This triggered an investigation and Jasmine then quit the show.’

Davis, who has also been seen on shows including Never Have I Ever and L.A.’s Finest, said in April that she was departing the series amid ‘personal unhappiness.’

She said on Twitter: ‘4 2 years i’ve been bullied 4 being on a show that was kind of a nightmare & the moment I clap back Instagram flag my comment as harassing them for trying to harass me on my page it’s unfair how they can come on my page and say whatever with no consequences.’

A source told Page Six that Davis made no official complaints while on the series, calling her remarks ‘simply retaliatory.’
