Jason Oppenheim and his girlfriend, Marie-Lou Nurk, embraced casual fashion as they cheerfully stepped out in West Hollywood on Tuesday afternoon.
The 45-year-old realtor, and the Paris-based model, 25, appeared to be in good spirits as they made their way to the well-known Oppenheim Group office.
The happy couple first crossed paths while traveling abroad in Greece earlier this year in July, and have been inseparable ever since.

Jason slipped into a pair of white and neon green sneakers that were secured with laces.
A pair of shades were placed on top of his head in case he needed the glasses while strolling under the bright, California sunshine.

His girlfriend of five months was closely next to him, and donned a chic, pinstriped outfit for the daytime outing.
She slipped into a pair of dark gray, striped pants and added a cropped, matching sleeveless vest that showcased a glimpse of her toned midriff.
Marie-Lou wore a pair of black, heeled boots while accessorizing her eye-catching ensemble with a Louis Vuitton shoulder bag.
The beauty added a silver bracelet on her right wrist, along with an assortment of sparkling rings for a simplistic addition to her look.
Her blonde hair was parted in the middle, and effortlessly swept up into an easy up do.

‘I asked her to dinner the next day,’ Jason revealed to People, adding humorously, ‘She said yes, but then an hour before dinner, she’s like, ‘Is it cool if my friends come?’ I’m like, ‘Ah.’
When gushing about his girlfriend to Us Weekly in September, he informed the publication, ‘She’s easy to have fun with and I’m just really, really happy. It’s effortless too, which I think is important.’
He further added that he hadn’t been actively searching to enter a relationship when he met Marie-Lou. Jason had notably dated his Selling Sunset co-star, Chrishell Stause, however, the two split in December 2021.
‘She really just made me really happy,’ he said of Marie. ‘Right away, I was just really wanted to spend more and more time with her.’

After dating for five months, Jason explained to Us Weekly that the two are enjoying spending time together and that the topic of marriage and children has not been discussed.
‘Neither of us are really interested in having, um, kids anytime soon. So I think there’s not any pressure there,’ he additionally added.
The reality star recently opened up to Page Six about Selling Sunset’s upcoming sixth season, and weighed in on Christine Quinn’s exit from the show.
‘I think people were tired of watching that dynamic continue season after season,’ he stated, referencing to the drama surrounding Quinn throughout the seasons. ‘It’s not the type of drama that I enjoyed being a professional real estate broker.’
Jason expressed that he never had, ‘personal issues with Christine other than the fact that I recognized that she had a lot of other issues with other cast members,’ and that he wished, ‘her the best and I know she is doing great things, especially in the fashion space.’
