Jeffrey Epstein victim ‘was assaulted by pedophile and Ghislaine Maxwell’

Another Jeffrey Epstein victim has come forward to file a lawsuit against the dead pedophile’s estate, claiming she was forced to flee to a homeless shelter after she was sexually assaulted by Epstein and his procurer Ghislaine Maxwell, DailyMail.com can exclusively disclose.

Identifying herself as Jane Doe 1000, the woman is seeking an unspecified amount in damages for the abuse she suffered after meeting the pedophile in 1999, according to the suit filed in the Southern District of New York last Thursday.

Jane Doe, who now lives in New Jersey, claims she grew up in extreme poverty and Epstein lured her in with the promise of a modeling career with Victoria’s Secret.

The woman claims she was forced to give Epstein sexual massages at his mansion in New York and at his Palm Beach residence.

She finally escaped after she was simultaneously sexually assaulted by Epstein and Maxwell, who penetrated her with a sex toy, fleeing to a Salvation Army facility, according to court documents.

The woman’s lawsuit was filed days before another Epstein victim, Jane Doe 15, announced on Monday she was also suing his estate, alleging one of the dead pedophile’s  female associates sexually assaulted her at 15 years old before passing her off to him.

On Thursday, Teala Davies also filed suit against Epstein’s estate, claiming she was trafficked by him when she was 17 and that he cast her aside after repeatedly raping her for two years.

She shared a photograph of herself with Epstein that was taken on board a helicopter, which showed the pair laughing as they made their way to his private Caribbean island.

It is not the first time she has shared her story. Earlier this year, at a hearing for Epstein’s victims in a New York court, she was among women who said he had abused her.

Jane Doe 1000 claims she first came into contact with Epstein after she made a modeling appearance in late 1999.

She details how she grew up extremely poor, and how ‘at various times throughout her childhood, her mother had been homeless.’

Jane Doe was unable to enroll in high school because she did not have a home address and often lived without running water or electricity, according to court papers.

An unnamed man called her and asked if she would like to meet with Epstein because he had connections to various modeling jobs – and she jumped at the opportunity, according to court papers.

The suit states: ‘Upon meeting Jane Doe, Epstein offered her a position modeling with Victoria’s Secret… he explained that he was friends with Les Wexner, the chief executive of Victoria’s Secret’s parent company.’

Prosecutors have cited Epstein’s pattern of luring in young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds with the promise of a modeling career, traveling the world, education or cash.

The suit continues: ‘Eventually, Epstein moved Jane Doe into his apartment building on 66th Street, where he housed other models and young women that he sexually abused, so that he could have complete control over her life.

‘Her relationship with Epstein quickly turned into one of sexual abuse.’

Jane Doe alleges Maxwell and other Epstein associates would call her and tell her to go to Epstein’s mansion to give him a massage, but these massages ‘quickly escalated into Epstein forcing himself on Jane Doe against her will and engaging in one or more sex act with her for his own sexual gratification.’

The woman claims she became ‘terrified of Epstein, who repeatedly threatened her and made representations about his wealth, power, and connections.’

Jane Doe claims she was further quieted by a ‘prominent attorney and a law professor’, who was described to her as Epstein’s close friend and lawyer.

The unnamed lawyer questioned Jane Doe about her personal life and family’s financial situation, and she claims Epstein used that information ‘to intimidate her and to keep her compliant in his sex-trafficking scheme.’

‘Epstein was not to be disobeyed and he made clear by his words and actions that there would be consequences if Jane Doe did not comply with his demand,’ the suit states.

The lawsuit states: 'Maxwell was waiting for her and led her upstairs to Epstein’s master bedroom. When they got to the bedroom, sex toys were laid out on the bed. 'Epstein and Maxwell proceeded to sexually assault Jane Doe simultaneously and by forcible compulsion. Maxwell forcibly penetrated Jane Doe with a sex toy'

Jane Doe said she finally left after one day when she was called to Epstein’s New York mansion.

The lawsuit states: ‘Maxwell was waiting for her and led her upstairs to Epstein’s master bedroom. When they got to the bedroom, sex toys were laid out on the bed.

‘Epstein and Maxwell proceeded to sexually assault Jane Doe simultaneously and by forcible compulsion. Maxwell forcibly penetrated Jane Doe with a sex toy.

‘She was horrified and terrified by the experience and knew she had to try to get away from Epstein even though she risked harm to herself by disobeying Epstein.

‘She proceeded to move out of the 66th Street apartment building and, having nowhere else to go, found shelter at the Salvation Army housing facility.’

On Monday, a 31-year-old woman who claimed she was trafficked and abused by Epstein when she was aged 15 spoke publicly for the first time to announce that she’s launching a lawsuit against the late millionaire pedophile’s estate.

The bombshell lawsuit was announced in a press conference held by feminist lawyer Gloria Allred in Los Angeles on Monday against Epstein’s estate in New York.

The victim, who did not give her name and goes by Jane Doe 15, had never spoken in public prior to this news conference. Her lawyer released pictures of her client at the age of 15, when she was allegedly targeted by the financier in 2004.

In the press conference the victim urged Prince Andrew to speak to the FBI.

Though she did not make allegations against Prince Andrew directly, she said the duke and ‘any other who are close to Epstein should come forward and give a statement under oath on what information they have.’

‘Given that he appears to deny what has been alleged against him, then I think he should make arrangements to speak to law enforcement as soon as possible,’ Jane Doe 15 said.

She added that coming forward would ‘help survivors’ and the Duke could ‘set an example. This needs to be done without excuse, without delay.’

Prince Andrew was friends with Epstein and was pictured with him after Epstein was jailed for charges of procuring underage girls in Florida.

However, Prince Andrew has denied knowing about Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking. He has also denied allegations that he had sex with a 17-year-old girl at Epstein’s home in London in 2001.

Epstein was found dead in his prison cell on August 10, 2019 while facing charges of sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York. The medical examiner ruled his death a suicide, but his lawyers have disputed that ruling.

As a result of his death, a judge dismissed all criminal charges against him.

On Thursday, Davies’ newly filed lawsuit describes how Epstein lured her into his world with the promise of funding her education and helping her achieve her dream of becoming a translator by moving her to Spain.

Davies says in the suit that she was introduced to the late financier by her sister, who she says was also being abused by him.
