She said Hall’s comment was ‘horrible’ and she has ‘no words for what he said’.
‘It shouldn’t have been said full stop ever. This is really offensive. I think to a lot of girls, women, to hear this,’ she discussed on a Sports Sunday panel.
‘I actually am working with some women and girls that have been in this situation. Have been abused both physical and sexually. To hear this and to have someone say this publicly – there are no words for this.’
The tennis star last year opened up on years of alleged physical and emotional abuse at the hands of her father who was ‘motivated only by money’.

Hall, 41, has revealed his financial instability and backlash since he made the controversial comments.
The four-time All Australian and AFL Premiership winner was fired on the spot after he made the crude joke about a panelists’ pregnant wife.
Hall said: ‘The doctor was a good looking rooster about 40 years of age. He did a sweep with his fingers and licked his fingers afterwards…’
At the time Head of content Mike Fitzpatrick issued a statement saying: ‘Tonight on Triple M Football there were unacceptable and inappropriate comments made by a member of the commentary team.
‘The commentator was removed immediately from the broadcast and an apology was issued on air afterwards.’
Hall has opened up to 60 minutes for the first time since he was sacked on the spot by the station
