Jenna Bush Hager details her nighttime routine on TikTok

A makeup-free Jenna Bush Hager looked wholesome and cozy in a TikTok shared earlier this week in which she opened up about her nighttime routine.

Taking cues from the viral ‘Get Ready With Me’ or ‘GRWM’ trend, the Today show co-host, 41, detailed her evening regimen from her bed, keeping it casual in a grey tee-shirt, a messy bun and clear-framed eyeglasses.

‘My sacred nighttime routine! How do you prep for tomorrow? #grwm #booktok #nightroutine,’ she captioned the post, which offered broader insight into how the former first daughter runs her home.

‘So, I, in the evening, probably the same way many of you do, I clean the house, the kids’ bags are ready for school, my bags are laid out, my clothes are laid out — because I don’t want to wake up Henry in the morning,’ she began.

Speaking of hubby Henry Chase Hager, 45, Jenna appeared to be wearing a tee borrowed from him, with ‘Saints’ emblazoned in red lettering nodding to the mascot of Henry’s high-school alma mater, St. Christopher’s School in Richmond, Virginia.

‘I’ve read to my kids, which is my favorite part of the day,’ Jenna continued. ‘And now I’m reading for me!

‘And every once in a while I have a little bit of company,’ she added.

The camera then panned to her right to reveal daughter Mila, 10, reclining next to her on the bed, a copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in hand.

Jenna re-trained the camera back on herself, smiling with pride at her eldest accompanying her in pre-bedtime reading.

Back in 2019, the U of Texas at Austin alum launched #ReadWithJenna, a monthly book-club column, through Today.

Her followers, who are 125,000 strong on the platform, pored into the comments to praise her sensible late-night lifestyle habits — as well as her dedication to reading.

‘You are so awesome and down to earth!! Watch you every single morning!! Sweet dreams!’ one gushed, to which Jenna responded ‘Thank you for watching,’ tacking on several heart-flanked smiling emojis.

‘My kids are grown now but I have always been and am still now a read in bed at night reader!!!’ one fellow bookworm shared.

‘How early do you need to go to sleep and awake in the morning?’ one queried, adding ‘Thanks for SOOOO MANY great book recommendations!’

(To inquiring minds, the morning-show TV personality has previously shared on Today that she wakes up around 6:30 a.m.)

Jenna has long been forthcoming about her parenting strategies.

Back in 2022, she opened up about feeling conflicted between being a ‘very strict mother’ and secretly wanting her kids to feel free and ‘feral.’
