Jennifer Aniston was ‘swatted’ at her $21M Los Angeles mansion as she was woken by police after male prankster claimed she was ‘near suicide’

Jennifer Aniston was swatted on Friday night, TMZ has reported.

The Friends actress was woken up by concerned police officers while she lay asleep in her bed at her Bel-Air, California mega estate which she purchased for $21M in 2011.

An anonymous male caller had claimed that the 55-year-old blonde beauty was in a bad state and threatening suicide. He insisted that she was ‘not doing well.’

The tipster provided Aniston’s exact address but did not reveal her name or mention she was a famous star.

That was enough for police to load into their cop cars and pound on Aniston’s door to make sure she was OK.

The claims were false and there was nothing wrong with the star, the site added.

This comes just as Jennifer announced that she is helping dogs as she launches her children’s book, Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life.

The book is due out on October 1, Aniston.

The Clydeo Fund will support animal rescue organizations around the world.

She has created ‘a fund where we can donate to these animals all over the world and inspire people to just throw in a dollar. It all adds up,’ she tells People.

‘We can get awareness out and help the shelters that are in desperate need,’ said the Morning Show actress.

‘We can help these animals, and we can get awareness out, and help the shelters that are in desperate need of upkeep because they’re falling apart,’ explained the ex of Brad Pitt.

‘They can’t keep up. And all you see is that we’re euthanizing innocent, beautiful, perfectly, perfectly fine two-year-old dogs, or a puppy, or a litter. I can’t. It’s too much. It’s too many.’

Her book is meant to inspire kids to help dogs.

‘They’re so focused on these phones and just disappear into this void of scrolling,’ she said.

‘They don’t really spend time being stimulated by the world and figuring out what they want to do.’

She currently has two dogs.
