Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall ‘receive a $30million offer’ for their uncompleted Northern Beaches mansion – even though they’ve barely started renovations

Model Jennifer Hawkins and her property developer husband Jake Wall are in the process of building an oceanfront mansion on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

But the house-flipping power couple have reportedly already found a buyer for the Whale Beach property, despite it not being completed yet.

Hawkins and Wall, both 38, have received an offer of close to $30million, according to real estate website Domain.

The pair were granted approval to build on the site in April last year.

They were forced to amend plans for the mammoth renovation after their initial proposal was rejected due to objections from neighbours.

A gallery of photos posted to Instagram on Wednesday by Wall’s construction company J Group Projects offered a glimpse of the finished home.

Hawkins and Wall purchased the property in Sydney’s northern beaches for $6.95million in 2020.

According to realestate.com.au in April last year, they were granted approval to build a $3million home on the site.

The original property, which was once owned by Dame Joan Sutherland, featured a 1950s-style home.

The couple are replacing the tennis court with a half-size basketball court, and will also add a four-car garage.

The new home will feature an indoor elevator providing access to all three floors, plus five bedrooms, multiple living areas and a spacious kitchen.
